Depending on weather conditions, an earlier start maybe called upon. Usual starting time is 9.30am.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and refunds
If payment has been made, cancellation of your booking must be in writing and must be received by Clearwater Fly fishing Guides. Cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with the following conditions.
  • Bookings cancelled 90 days prior to booking date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost.
  • Bookings cancelled 7 days or less prior to booking date will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking cost.
  • Bookings cancelled due to government travel restrictions or closure of international or state borders shall not be entitled to a refund but shall be issued a credit voucher for the booking amount paid to be used within one year.
  • No-shows shall not be entitled to any refund or credit voucher.
  • Guests that arrive late or depart early shall not be entitled to any refund.
CHANGES ARE NOT PERMITTED AFTER PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED FOR A BOOKING.

Suitable clothing e.g. long-sleeved shirt, hat, polarised sunglasses.

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Failure to do so will result in the booking automatically being cancelled.
